Zetwerk Electronics Head Josh Foulger Quits, Joins Rival Dixon Arm

• Josh Foulger, head of Zetwerk's electronics business, has resigned and joined Padget Electronics Private Limited (PEPL), a subsidiary of competitor Dixon Technologies.
• Foulger will assume the office of President- IT Hardware and New Projects at PEPL starting February 16, 2026.
• This marks the second high-profile exit from Zetwerk within a month, following CMO Amrit Raj's departure, ahead of the company's planned IPO.
• Foulger, an industry veteran with 30 years of experience, previously led Foxconn's India unit, Bharat FIH, before joining Zetwerk.
• Zetwerk plans a Rs 1,000 crore investment in electronics manufacturing and is preparing for its IPO, with a last disclosed valuation over USD 3.1 billion.
