• Pawan Goyal, Whole-time Director and Chief Business Officer of Naukri, has resigned from Info Edge (India) Limited.
• Goyal submitted his resignation on March 31, 2026, and will continue in his role until May 31, 2026.
• He cited a desire to move on and pursue other passions after more than seven years with the company.
• Under his leadership, Naukri achieved a 16.8% compound annual growth rate (CAGR) and improved operating profit before tax margins from 53% to nearly 57%.
• Info Edge has not yet announced a successor for the CBO role.
