P&G India Appoints Robin Thadathil as New CHRO; Srinivas Patnam to Exit

•Procter & Gamble Hygiene and Health Care Limited announced Robin Thadathil will take over as Head of Human Resources.
•Srinivas Maruthi Patnam, current CHRO, will exit the company effective March 31, 2026, to pursue other interests.
•Thadathil brings over 16 years of HR experience within P&G, having worked in Singapore, the US, and Southeast Asia.
•He previously led HR for Malaysia, Singapore, and Vietnam, and served as regional HR leader for Olay.
•Thadathil expressed excitement to return to India and contribute to P&G's growth and people practices.
