•Yes Bank announced Vinay M. Tonse as its new Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer (MD & CEO), effective April 6, 2026.
•The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has approved Tonse's three-year appointment.
•Tonse will serve as MD & CEO (Designate) from March 12, 2026, to April 5, 2026, to ensure a smooth leadership transition.
•Current MD & CEO Prashant Kumar will step down on April 5, 2026.
•Tonse brings over three decades of banking experience, including roles at State Bank of India and SBI Mutual Fund.
