Lodha Developers Seals Rs 365 Cr Joint Development Deal in Mumbai's Sewree

•Lodha Developers partners with Sahana Properties and Resorts Pvt Ltd and Sahana Builders and Developers Pvt Ltd for a joint development agreement.
•The deal, valued at Rs 365 crore with Rs 37 crore stamp duty, is for 10.26 acres in Mumbai’s Parel–Sewree belt.
•The project is a slum redevelopment scheme, rehabilitating 1,216 slum dwellers from 11 societies on Plot A.
•Lodha and Sahana will first build rehabilitation structures, then premium residential towers with 3- and 4-BHK apartments for sale.
•The transaction aligns with Lodha's expansion, adding five new projects worth Rs 33,800 crore in Q3 FY26 and achieving record pre-sales.
