Keystone Realtors, MHADA ink ₹4,521 Cr GTB Nagar redevelopment deal

• Keystone Realtors, through its subsidiary Keymidtown Developers, signed agreements with MHADA for the redevelopment of GTB Nagar in Sion, Mumbai.
• The project spans 11.54 acres and is expected to benefit over 1,200 residents.
• It has an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of ₹4,521 crore, unlocking 20.7 lakh sq ft of saleable area.
• Residential towers will be constructed using aluminium formwork technology, ensuring durability and resistance to wind and earthquakes.
• The redevelopment aims to create a modern residential community with open spaces and sustainable design elements.
