GST Collection Soars to 10-Month High, Crosses Rs 2 Lakh Crore in March 2026

• Net GST revenue for March 2026 stood at Rs 1,77,990 crore, an 8.2% annual growth after accounting for refunds.
• Cumulative gross GST collections for April-March 2025-26 reached Rs 22,27,096 crore, up 8.3% from the previous year.
• Experts attribute the growth to strong import activity, consistent compliance, resilient domestic demand, and strengthening trade flows.
