Bengaluru Metro Boosts Capacity: 96 New Trains, 4-Minute Gaps Planned
•
Namma Metro is expanding its fleet and infrastructure to meet growing demand and ease Bengaluru's traffic challenges.
•
BMRCL is adding 96 new trains, with three sets arriving by June, to its current fleet of 58 trains on Green/Purple lines and six on Yellow Line.
•
The expansion includes 21 new trains for Green/Purple lines, nine for Yellow Line, and an additional order for six more trains.
