•A woman and her three children (aged 5, 3, and 2) were found murdered in Chandan Park, Outer North Delhi.
•Victims' throats were allegedly slit with a sharp-edged weapon.
•The woman's husband, a vegetable vendor, is accused of the crime and is currently on the run.
