Nehru Place Unveils Multi-Level Parking for 660 Cars, 350 Bikes

• Delhi's Nehru Place, Asia's largest IT hub, gets a new Multi-Level Car Parking (MLCP) facility.
• Inaugurated by Lieutenant Governor VK Saxena and Chief Minister Rekha Gupta, it addresses a long-standing parking crisis.
• Developed by DDA under the Urban Development Fund, the facility accommodates 660 cars and 350 two-wheelers.
• Features include earthquake-resistant design, automated ticketing, digital display boards, and a 'zero tolerance' policy against illegal parking.
• Eco-friendly aspects include 9 EV charging points, reserved EV/disability parking, rainwater harvesting, and 148 CCTV cameras.
