Brendan Taylor to make history: First player to feature in 2007 and 2026 T20 World Cups

• Taylor will achieve this record in Zimbabwe's first match of the T20 World Cup 2026 against Oman on February 9.
• Unlike Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli, who retired from T20Is after the 2024 World Cup, Taylor's participation marks a unique return.
• In the 2007 tournament, Taylor played two matches, notably scoring an unbeaten 60 off 45 balls against Australia, leading Zimbabwe to a 5-wicket victory.
