She searched for Zepto's customer service number on Google and contacted a fake representative.
•
The fraudster tricked her into online procedures, leading to unauthorized debits from her bank account.
•
Her son, Sanjeev Singh Chadda, filed a complaint at Khar Police Station, and an investigation is ongoing.

Police warn against using customer service numbers found on Google and advise using official app/website options for support.
