Delhi Private School Strikes Off 4 Class 12 Students Over Fee Dispute
•
A private school in Mayur Vihar, East Delhi, removed four Class 12 students' names from its rolls due to non-payment of fees.
•
Parents allege the dispute arose after they refused to pay the school's hiked fees.

The school issued a notice on March 7, stating names would be struck off from March 9 if outstanding dues weren't cleared.
•
The institution cited Rule 35 of the Delhi School Education Rules, 1973, which permits striking off names for fee non-payment.
•
The school also referred to court judgments, asserting unaided private schools don't need prior approval for fixing fees.
