• Support includes a 24x7 Toll-Free IVRS Helpline (1800-11-8004) offering guidance in Hindi and English on stress-free preparation and time management.
• Dedicated Tele-Counselling Services are available Mon-Fri (9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.) with 73 trained professionals, including counsellors from India and international regions.
• Comprehensive digital resources on www.cbse.gov.in provide strategies for stress management, study techniques, and emotional well-being.
