Indian vessel 'Jag Vasant' with 47,000 tonnes LPG reaches Gujarat amid West Asia war

Indian-flagged vessel 'Jag Vasant' arrived at Vadinar port in Gujarat's Jamnagar with 47,000 metric tonnes of LPG.
•
The vessel crossed the Strait of Hormuz amid the ongoing West Asia crisis.
•
'Jag Vasant' was loaded from Mina Al Ahmadi Port, Kuwait, and anchored on Friday night.
•
It is currently transferring 17,600 MT of LPG to daughter vessel MT Rose Gas for onward journey to Kandla.
•
Remaining cargo of 20,000 MT will be discharged in Mumbai and 9,000 MT in Mangaluru.
