Raj Kundra Granted Bail in ₹150 Crore Bitcoin Scam Case

•Shilpa Shetty's husband, Raj Kundra, secured bail from a special PMLA court in Mumbai in the alleged ₹150 crore bitcoin scam.
•Kundra's lawyer cited full cooperation with the court and argued against the ED's valuation of 285 bitcoins, which increased from ₹6.6 crore in 2017 to ₹150 crore in 2024.
•The case is linked to the 2017 Gain Bitcoin Ponzi scheme, where ED alleged Kundra received 285 bitcoins as proceeds of crime.
•Bail was granted on a bond of ₹1 lakh, with Kundra expressing faith in the judiciary and stating, "Shilpa doesn't let me speak at home."
•Kundra's team plans to challenge the ED's summons in the Bombay High Court, while the investigation into the crypto scam continues.
