•The Enforcement Directorate (ED) had filed a charge sheet, leading to a summons for Kundra.
•Kundra's lawyer stated he cooperated with the ED since 2021 and his custody was not required.
•The ED alleges Kundra received 285 Bitcoins from Amit Bhardwaj for a Bitcoin mining farm that never materialized.
•These 285 Bitcoins are currently valued at over Rs 150 crore, and Kundra failed to provide wallet addresses.
