Maruti Suzuki Boosts Road Safety: 7 New Automated Driving Test Tracks in Tamil Nadu

Maruti Suzuki India Limited commissioned 7 Automated Driving Test Tracks (ADTTs) in Tamil Nadu, partnering with the state's Transport Department.
•
The tracks were inaugurated by Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M. K. Stalin via video conferencing at various Regional Transport Offices.
•
This initiative is part of an agreement to automate ten driving test tracks, with all ten completed within 150 days.
•
ADTTs use high-definition cameras and advanced analytics for transparent, technology-enabled driver evaluation, eliminating human bias.
•
Maruti Suzuki has automated 56 ADTTs nationally across eight states and plans to expand to 81 tracks, enhancing road safety efforts.
