Bengaluru Man Alleges Assault by Auto Drivers Over Minor Dispute, Plans to Leave City

Shriraj Bhardwaj, 31, from Rajasthan, claims he and a colleague were chased and assaulted by autorickshaw drivers on Sarjapur Road.
•
The incident began after their car briefly brushed an autorickshaw allegedly on the wrong side of the road, leading to a violent escalation.
•
Bhardwaj reported that auto drivers blocked their car, smashed their windshield with a concrete stone, and assaulted him inside RGA Tech Park.
•
Police at Bellandur Police Station filed a non-cognisable report (NCR) and traced the accused autorickshaw driver.
•
Bhardwaj, injured in the attack, expressed his intent to leave Bengaluru permanently due to the incident, citing safety concerns.
