Bihar Declared 'Naxal-Free' After Top Maoist With Rs 3 Lakh Bounty Surrenders

• Koda, who carried a Rs 3 lakh bounty, surrendered to the Special Task Force (STF) in Munger district.
• He was implicated in at least 60 cases, including many under the Unlawful Activities Prevention Act (UAPA).
• Koda surrendered with three assault rifles, ammunition, magazines, and cash.
• He will receive Rs 3 lakh (bounty equivalent), a Rs 5 lakh incentive, and a Rs 10,000 monthly stipend for 36 months under the 'Atmasmarpan Sah Punarvaas Yojana'.
