Delhi Metro Completes Park Street Substation Relocation for Central Vista Project

• Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) successfully relocated and reconstructed the Park Street Electric Receiving Sub Station (RSS).
• The RSS, originally built in 2010 for Airport and Violet Lines, was dismantled in 2021-22 for the Central Vista Project.
• Reconstruction began in 2023 on alternate land provided by CPWD and was completed in December 2025.
• The new RSS will power existing Airport and Violet Lines, plus the upcoming Central Vista Metro Line (Indraprastha to R K Ashram Marg).
