•Kumar demanded ₹20 lakh for a warehouse completion certificate, later reduced to ₹15 lakh.
•He was caught red-handed near Kakkanad Collectorate, accepting ₹5 lakh cash and a ₹10 lakh cheque.
•This marks the department's biggest trap seizure in its history.
•Vigilance seized an additional ₹5.5 lakh unaccounted cash from his house and documents from other properties.
