Luthra brothers, owners of the Goa nightclub where a fire killed 25, are expected to be deported from Thailand to India within 24-48 hours.

The deportation process is "almost complete," with all legal and procedural hurdles cleared through cooperation between Indian and Thai authorities.

The brothers fled to Thailand after the December 6 fire; Indian authorities revoked their passports and issued an Interpol Blue Corner Notice.
•
A Delhi court rejected the Luthra brothers' transit anticipatory bail pleas, citing "grave and serious" allegations against them.

Upon arrival in India, they will be arrested under Look Out Circular conditions and immediately handed over to Goa Police for interrogation.
