•Transfers of election officials restricted; no new appointments or promotions allowed.
•Strict rules for travelers: carry documents for large cash, limited liquor, and bills for high-value jewellery.
•Increased surveillance by flying squads and checkpoints to prevent illegal cash, liquor, and inducements.
