• Neighbors were alerted by barking dogs and CCTV footage, leading to a confrontation with the robbers.
• Prashant Dahiwadkar and his sons chased the armed thieves, who brandished a sickle during the escape.
• The thieves abandoned their motorcycle and a bag containing a significant amount of stolen property during the chase.
• Police recovered 2.62 kg of silver, approximately 20 tolas of gold, and four watches; a case has been registered.
