• The accused claimed to be unmarried and developed intimacy, then forcibly assaulted her multiple times over six months.
• They lived together, and a Nikah was recited, but the victim later discovered he was already married with children.
• Even after separation, he allegedly continued to assault her, leading to her complaint and his arrest by City Chowk police.
