Sisters Accused of Defrauding Brother of Rs 2 Crore in Property Dispute
•Two sisters, Sunita Dilip Lahoti and Shobhana Sharad Tuwani, are accused of defrauding their brother, Sunil Kumar Harikishan Kalani, of nearly two crore rupees.
•The alleged fraud involves manipulating a will, changing nominees on bank and D-Mat accounts, and diverting funds after their parents' demise.
•Sunil Kumar's father, Harikishan Kalani, had named him as the heir to property and bank deposits in Siliguri.
•The sisters allegedly changed nominees on HDFC D-Mat accounts (Rs 80 lakh), Axis Bank, Punjab National Bank (Rs 15 lakh each), and Kotak Mahindra Bank (Rs 50 lakh).
•They are also accused of selling a plot in Sushant City, Jaipur, for Rs 35 lakh using their ailing mother's signatures on blank applications, diverting the funds to themselves.
