Sisters Accused of Defrauding Brother of Rs 2 Crore in Property Dispute

• Two sisters, Sunita Dilip Lahoti and Shobhana Sharad Tuwani, are accused of defrauding their brother, Sunil Kumar Harikishan Kalani, of nearly two crore rupees.
• The alleged fraud involves manipulating a will, changing nominees on bank and D-Mat accounts, and diverting funds after their parents' demise.
• Sunil Kumar's father, Harikishan Kalani, had named him as the heir to property and bank deposits in Siliguri.
• The sisters allegedly changed nominees on HDFC D-Mat accounts (Rs 80 lakh), Axis Bank, Punjab National Bank (Rs 15 lakh each), and Kotak Mahindra Bank (Rs 50 lakh).
• They are also accused of selling a plot in Sushant City, Jaipur, for Rs 35 lakh using their ailing mother's signatures on blank applications, diverting the funds to themselves.
