Fadnavis approves Nagpur-Chandrapur Expressway, Hadapsar-Yavat road

• Revised 204 km Nagpur-Chandrapur Expressway design approved by the Cabinet Infrastructure Committee, chaired by CM Devendra Fadnavis.
• The expressway design incorporates suggestions from the Central Government's Gatishakti Portal and will save 27 hectares of forest area.
• The project includes a 192 km highway from Selldoh Interchange to Navegaon (Mor) and an 11 km Chandrapur Link Road.
• CM Fadnavis directed measures to alleviate traffic congestion on the Hadapsar-Yavat route in Pune, including road improvements and an elevated highway.
• Fadnavis mandated that all state infrastructure projects, ongoing and proposed, must be approved via the Gati Shakti Portal.
