Capt. S. Divakar Appointed MD & CEO of Dredging Corporation of India

• Capt. S. Divakar has been appointed as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer (MD & CEO) of Dredging Corporation of India Limited.
• The appointment was approved by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Board of Directors on March 23, 2026.
• He will serve as an Additional Director until the next General Meeting, where shareholder approval will be sought for his regular appointment.
• Capt. S. Divakar began his career with the company in 1987, serving 22 years on dredgers and 16 years in senior management roles onshore.
