Biocon Appoints Sreehas Tambe as New CEO & MD, Kedar Upadhye as CFO

• Biopharma company Biocon Limited announced major top management changes, appointing Sreehas Tambe as the new CEO and MD, effective April 1, 2026.
• Kedar Upadhye has been appointed as the company's new Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
• Tambe will be Biocon's first CEO to lead the integrated platform of its biosimilars and generics businesses, following the full integration of Biocon Biologics.
• Executive Chairperson Kiran Mazumdar-Shaw praised Tambe's crucial role in the company's transformation and expressed confidence in his leadership for global strengthening.
