Godrej Properties acquired an 11.36-acre land parcel on Golf Course Extension Road in Gurugram.

The acquisition has an estimated revenue potential of ₹4,500 crore for residential development.

The project will feature a mix of premium low-rise and high-rise residences with lifestyle amenities in Sector 63A.

MD & CEO Gaurav Pandey stated the company added over ₹40,000 crore in future sales potential in FY26, doubling guidance.
