HDFC Mutual Fund pares ₹358 crore stake in Sundram Fasteners; stock hits 52-week low

•HDFC Mutual Fund sold shares worth ₹358 crore in Sundram Fasteners via bulk deals.
•The fund house offloaded 22.5 lakh shares on BSE for ₹187 crore and additional shares on NSE for ₹171 crore.
•Transactions were executed at an average price of ₹832.17 per share; HDFC MF held 7.6% stake as of December 2025.
•Sundram Fasteners stock fell 1.06% to ₹838, hitting a 52-week low of ₹818.20.
•Stock declined for six consecutive sessions, losing 10.78%, and underperformed Sensex over 12 months.
