IRFC Board Approves ₹70,000 Crore Fundraising for FY27; Declares Dividend

IRFC board approved a ₹70,000 crore fundraising plan for FY27 to meet its financing requirements.

Funds will be raised from domestic and offshore markets through various instruments like bonds, ECBs, and masala bonds.

Proceeds will finance Indian Railways, support diversification, refinance borrowings, and for general corporate purposes.

IRFC reported its highest-ever quarterly net profit of ₹1,802 crore in the December quarter, despite a slight revenue moderation.
