•Power Finance Corporation (PFC) transferred Saswad Transmission Ltd, an SPV, to Maharashtra State Electricity Transmission Company Ltd.
•Saswad Transmission was incorporated for developing a 400/220 kV AIS Substation at Saswad in Pune, Maharashtra.
•The sale and transfer process was completed on February 26, 2026, for ₹3.79 crore.
•Saswad Transmission's contribution to PFC's turnover, revenue, and net worth was negligible.
•PFC shares closed 2% lower at ₹412.20 after the announcement, despite a 13.98% gain in the last month.
