RVNL Secures ₹270 Crore Central Railway Order for Daund-Solapur Power System

• Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL) received a Letter of Acceptance (LoA) from Central Railway for a ₹270.22 crore contract.
• The order involves designing, supplying, erecting, testing, and commissioning a 220/132/55 KV Traction Substation and associated posts.
• The project is for the 2 x 25 KV Traction System of the Daund-Solapur section, aiming to meet a 3,000 MT loading target.
• It will be executed on an EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) mode basis and completed within 24 months.
• RVNL clarified no promoter interest or related party transactions are involved in the contract.
