Engineers India Declares ₹1.50 Interim Dividend for FY26; Q3 Profit Triples

•Engineers India Ltd (EIL) announced a second interim dividend of ₹1.50 per share for FY26.
•The record date for the dividend is March 6, 2026, payable on or after March 20, 2026.
•EIL's Q3 net profit surged over three-fold to ₹347.2 crore; revenue increased 58.3% to ₹1,210.2 crore.
•EBITDA jumped to ₹352.2 crore, with margins expanding to 29.1% from 12.8% year-on-year.
•The company secured its largest overseas order from Nigeria's Dangote Group, worth $360 million, with international business now driving 65% of fresh order inflows.
