KEI Industries begins LT/HT cable production at Sanand-II plant

• KEI Industries commenced the first phase of commercial production for LT and HT cables at its new Sanand-II facility in Ahmedabad on December 10, 2025.
• This plant is part of the company’s ₹2,000-crore Sanand project, funded through QIP proceeds and internal accruals.
• The first phase adds 60,732 km of cable capacity annually to meet rising demand from utilities, industrial projects, and infrastructure sectors.
• For Q2FY26, KEI Industries reported a 31.3% YoY rise in net profit to ₹204 crore and a 19.4% YoY revenue growth to ₹2,726 crore.
