Truhome Finance files for ₹3,000 crore IPO; Warburg Pincus-backed lender seeks funds

•Affordable housing lender Truhome Finance (formerly Shriram Housing Finance) files DRHP for ₹3,000 crore IPO.
•IPO comprises ₹1,500 crore fresh issue and ₹1,500 crore Offer for Sale by promoter Mango Crest Investment.
•Proceeds to augment capital base, meet future capital requirements, and comply with RBI capital adequacy norms.
•Company reported AUM of ₹21,124.3 crore (Dec 2025) and is India's third-largest affordable housing finance firm.
•FY25 profit rose 31.6% to ₹286.2 crore; net interest income surged 47.5% to ₹5,794 crore.
