AP Celebrates Mega Housewarming: 2.5 Lakh Homes Handed Over Today

•Andhra Pradesh government conducts housewarming ceremonies for 2,50,893 homes today, benefiting millions.
•CM Chandrababu inaugurates the program at MR Nagar in Naidupeta, Tirupati district.
•This is the second phase of distribution; 3,00,192 homes were distributed in the first phase on November 12, 2025.
•Total of 5.50 lakh homes constructed in 21 months under various PMAY schemes.
•Government provides 2-3 cents of land and additional financial aid of ₹50,000 to ₹1 lakh for specific communities.
