• The company plans to utilize Rs 400 crore (plus Rs 13 crore from pre-IPO) from the proceeds for working capital requirements.
• The Haryana-based firm, valued at Rs 1,877 crore, also diversified into FMCG products like aata, maida, and salt.
• Reported a profit of Rs 60.8 crore on revenue of Rs 2,001.6 crore for the year ended March 2025.
