TARC Ltd Targets Rs 4,500 Cr Revenue from Delhi Luxury Housing Project

• The project, spread over 6 acres, launched in 2024, has already sold 275 units across four towers.
• A fifth tower with 110 units is now being launched, with apartments priced between Rs 11-14 crore per unit.
• Total investment for the project is estimated at Rs 1,500 crore (excluding land cost), with completion expected by March 2030.
• TARC Ltd achieved Rs 1,000 crore in sales bookings in the first nine months of this fiscal, aiming for Rs 2,500 crore for the full year.
