GSP Crop Science IPO 65% Subscribed on Day 2; QIB, NII Portions Fully Subscribed

GSP Crop Science IPO subscribed 65% on the second day of bidding, receiving bids for 58.25 lakh shares against 89.47 lakh shares offered.
•
Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) portion subscribed 1.28 times, Non-institutional investors (NIIs) portion subscribed 1 time, and Retail Individual Investors (RIIs) attracted 15% subscription.
•
The company previously raised Rs 120 crore from anchor investors.
•
The Rs 400-crore IPO, with a price band of Rs 304-320 per share, concludes on March 18.
•
Proceeds of Rs 170 crore will be used for debt payment and general corporate purposes; allotment expected by March 20, listing on March 24.
