GSP Crop Science IPO: ₹400 Cr Issue Opens March 16; Price Band ₹304-₹320

•Agrochemical firm GSP Crop Science sets IPO price band at ₹304-₹320 per equity share; issue opens March 16 and closes March 18.
•Company aims to raise ₹400 crore, comprising a fresh issue of ₹240 crore and an Offer for Sale (OFS) of 50 lakh shares.
•Promoters Vilasben Vrajmohan Shah, Bhavesh Vrajmohan Shah, and Kappa Trust will offload shares under the OFS.
•₹170 crore from the fresh issue will repay debt; post-listing market capitalization is projected at ₹1,488.6 crore.
•GSP Crop Science reported FY25 profit of ₹83.4 crore (up 36%) and revenue of ₹1,287.4 crore (up 11.7%).
