Mom's Belief Parent Files IPO for Expansion: 60 Lakh Fresh Shares Issued

•Rays of Belief, parent company of Mom's Belief, filed an Updated DRHP for an IPO to fund expansion plans.
•The IPO comprises a fresh issue of 60 lakh shares, with all proceeds dedicated to the company's growth.
•Haryana-based Rays of Belief, founded in 2017, operates 136 centers across 20 states and UTs in India.
•Plans include Rs 57.6 crore for new centers, Rs 14.4 crore for existing center leases, and Rs 10.1 crore for US subsidiary.
•Mom's Belief reported a profit of Rs 1.3 crore on Rs 43.1 crore revenue for the six months ended September 2025.
