• Cumulatively, they have distributed over Rs 29,100 crore to unitholders since inception.
• Total gross Assets Under Management (AUM) of the Indian REIT market exceeds Rs 2,50,000 crore.
• Regulatory proposals like allowing banks to lend to REITs are expected to further boost the sector.
