Ashish Kacholia Sells Stakes in Cosmic CRF, Exits BEW Engineering

Ace investor Ashish Kacholia sold a 3.55% stake in Cosmic CRF and almost exited BEW Engineering on March 18.
•
Suryavanshi Commotrade acquired 3.26 lakh shares (3.55% equity) in Cosmic CRF for Rs 21.2 crore and 6.33 lakh shares (4.8% stake) in BEW Engineering for Rs 5.36 crore.
•
Cosmic CRF shares surged 10% to Rs 693.45, while BEW Engineering shares fell 0.48% to Rs 83.5.
•
Electrosteel Castings rose 6.23% after Electrosteel Thermal Coal acquired 3.31% stake for Rs 143.5 crore.
•
Other notable transactions included Shankara Building Products, Yatra Online, and Filatex Fashions.
