Xduce Technologies Boosts Stake in Dev IT, Acquires Additional 9% from Promoters

US-based Xduce Technologies acquired an additional 9.09% stake in Dev Information Technology from promoters via open market transactions on March 2.
•
The acquisition involved 51.25 lakh shares at Rs 23.33 per share, totaling Rs 11.95 crore.
•
Promoters Pranav Niranjan Pandya, Kruti Pranav Pandya, and Jaimin Jagdishbhai Shah collectively offloaded a 9.03% stake for Rs 11.86 crore.

Dev Information Technology shares rallied 3.75% to Rs 24.08 following the deal, amid a market correction.
•
Xduce Technologies previously held a 12.48% equity stake in Dev Information, aligning with a strategic alliance for growth in North America.
