HUL Acquires Full Ownership of OZiva for Rs 824 Crore, Divests Stake in Nutritionalab

Hindustan Unilever Ltd (HUL) fully acquired nutraceuticals brand OZiva by investing Rs 824 crore for the remaining 49% stake in Zywie Ventures Private Limited.
•
HUL previously acquired a 51% stake in Zywie Ventures in 2022, making OZiva a wholly owned subsidiary after this transaction.
•
In a separate strategic move, HUL divested its 19.8% minority stake in Nutritionalab Private Limited for Rs 307 crore.
•
OZiva has shown strong growth, scaling to approximately Rs 480 crore in 2025 with a 130% CAGR over the past two years.
•
OZiva operates in the vitamins, minerals, supplements (VMS), beauty, personal care, and plant-based protein categories.
