Sarvodaya Healthcare Acquires Nayati Hospital in Mathura via IBC Route
•Sarvodaya Healthcare, through Anshu Hospitals Limited, acquired Nayati Hospital in Mathura for Rs.120 crore via the IBC process.
•The acquisition boosts Sarvodaya's bed capacity from 800 to 1,200, targeting tertiary care demand in Tier-2 markets.
•The deal, approved by NCLT Chandigarh Bench, includes Rs.100 crore for liabilities and Rs.20 crore for debt assignment; primary creditors are PNB, Union Bank of India, Yes Bank, and Canara Bank.
•The 400-bed facility, expected to be fully operational by June 2026, will offer super-speciality services like cardiology, oncology, neurosciences, and orthopaedics.
•Sarvodaya projects over 1,000 direct jobs and plans further investments in advanced medical technology, including AI-enabled surgical systems.
