•India could import up to 63 million barrels of Russian oil in 30 days, based on its record purchase capacity of 2.1 million barrels/day.
•India's daily oil consumption is around 5.6-5.7 million barrels; 60 million barrels from Russia would cover about 10 days of demand.
•Refinery and storage capacity, along with available vessels, are key factors determining actual import volumes.
•Russia has 9 million barrels of oil loaded and 6 million more offered, totaling 15 million barrels ready for India.
